Denali Heating and Air - "Turning 20 and Giving You Money" Competition

By participating in the "Turning 20 and Giving You Money" competition (the "Competition"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility:
   - The Competition is open to legal residents of the United States who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence.
   - Employees of Denali Heating and Air, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

2. Competition Period:
   - The Competition begins on January 1, 2024, and ends on December 6, 2024 (the "Competition Period").

3. How to Enter:
   - To enter the Competition, participants must make a purchase from Denali Heating and Air between January 1, 2024, and December 6, 2024.
   - Each valid purchase constitutes one entry into the Competition.

4. Winner Selection:
   - On December 6, 2024, Denali Heating and Air will randomly select one winner from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period.
   - The winner will be notified by email or telephone within seven (7) days of the drawing date.
   - If the selected winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of notification, another winner may be selected at Denali Heating and Air's discretion.

5. Prize:
   - The selected winner will receive a refund of their Denali Heating and Air invoice, up to a maximum value of $10,000.00 USD.
   - The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash alternative will be offered.
   - Denali Heating and Air reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.

6. Publicity:
   - By participating in the Competition, you agree to Denali Heating and Air's use of your name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

7. General Conditions:
   - Denali Heating and Air reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or tampers with the entry process.
   - Denali Heating and Air reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Competition if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the Competition, as determined by Denali Heating and Air in its sole discretion.

8. Release and Limitations of Liability:
   - By participating in the Competition, you agree to release and hold harmless Denali Heating and Air, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, from any liability, loss, injury, or damage arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Competition or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

9. Governing Law:
   - The Competition and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of incorporation of Denali Heating and Air, without regard to conflicts of laws principles.

10. Privacy:
   - Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Competition and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to fulfill the prize.
   - By participating in the Competition, you agree to Denali Heating and Air's collection and use of your personal information as described herein.

11. Winner's List:
   - To obtain a copy of the winner's name, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Denali Heating and Air, "Turning 20 and Giving You Money" Competition, 125 Mosier Rd, Castle Rock WA 98611, within thirty (30) days of the drawing date.
